"Yukashimiru" is an oil detection indicator that visually highlights oil "bleeding" or "leakage" by changing color from "white" to "black" when oil adheres to it. When light-colored insulating oils, such as those used in oil-filled equipment (transformers and oil circuit breakers), leak from oil-sealed parts, it is extremely difficult to detect them visually from a distance. Yukashimiru is easy to install; it can simply be applied to flange joints, valve connections, and pipe joints.
